Giveaway Terms and Conditions – February 2025
Eligibility:
The Breezepay Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in countries where participation is not prohibited by local laws. Employees of Breezepay, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate. Participants must have a valid Breezepay account to be eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. Additionally, You agree to accept the decisions of Breezepay as final and binding in relation to the Giveaway.
Giveaway Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting at 2:00 PM AEDT on 14th February 2024 and ending at 11:59 PM AEDT on 30th March 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter:
To enter, You must sign up for a Breezepay account and claim your Breezepay NFT during the Giveaway period. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries or entries from multiple accounts will result in disqualification. Breezepay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
Prize:
One Winner will be selected to receive 100 USDC (a digital stablecoin equivalent to US dollars). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Breezepay reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances. Any prize-related taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the Winner, including those imposed by international jurisdictions.
Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The Winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted under Breezepay's supervision within seven (7) days of the Giveaway's end. The Winner will be notified via email. The Winner must respond and confirm eligibility within two (2) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate Winner may be selected. Breezepay may request verification of identity and compliance with Giveaway rules before awarding the prize.
Rights Granted by You:
By participating, You grant Breezepay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway for a period of one year. This does not include resale or sublicensing to third parties without your explicit consent.
Terms & Conditions:
Breezepay reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of technical failures, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances that compromise its fairness or integrity.
Limitation of Liability:
By entering, You release and hold harmless Breezepay, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising directly or indirectly from Your participation or acceptance of the prize. Breezepay shall not be responsible for technical issues, unauthorized entries, or errors in the administration of the Giveaway.
Disputes:
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be exclusively resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in New South Wales.

Giveaway Host:
This Giveaway is hosted solely by Breezepay and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
Disclosure:
By entering, You affirmatively agree to these Terms and Conditions. Entering the competition does not guarantee winning the Prize. If You do not agree to these Terms or are restricted from entering by local laws, please do not participate in the competition.
